Leverage new topology generator to test the LinkdTopologyProvider

Description

We should leverage the topology generation code we have developed in the scope of https://issues.opennms.org/browse/NMS-10533 to add more extensive test coverage to the LinkdTopologyProvider.

The test case(s) should wire up the services similar to run-time, backed by a temporary database, use the generator and validate the resulting graph.

This should add code coverage for the TopologyEntityDaoHibernate and the TopologyEntityCacheImpl used by the LinkdTopologyProvider.
