HTTP Parser Full error with large number of filters on Events page

Description

When adding filters to the event list, at some point the HTTP parser starts failing. This results in a blank page, and the message

Sanitized URL, while maintaining the same number of characters, newlines inserted between each filter argument to stop the text from overflowing on JIRA:
