Description
If the mime type in javamail.properties is set to "text/html" and a database report is scheduled to be e-mailed in CSV format, the attachment shows up as an ".html" file and not ".csv".
Workaround: In the mail client, simply save the attached file as a ".csv" file and launch it from the saved copy.

I'm assuming that this isn't the result you want, but rather would like to have a .csv attachment instead of an .html?
