Description
After I create a Scheduled Outage with a SPECIFIC date (daily, weekly, monthly seems to work), my Page Sequence Monitor services for the assigned node stop polling until i delete the Scheduled Outage (or just deactivate the "applies to" checkboxes). I also tried it with the example from http://www.opennms.org/wiki/Page_Sequence_Monitor_%28PSM%29_Setup and it also doesn't work. After creation of the Scheduled Outage it immediatly stops checking (also the JRB-file gets no longer updated). It doesn't matter which time span the scheduled outage has (could be in the future or in the past, it is not relevant).
It works on the Linux server (Debian), but not on the Windows server (Windows Server 2008) and not on the local Windows machine (Windows 7).
