Steps to reproduce:
1. Hand-edit destinationPaths.xml, setting the "initial-delay" attribute of some <path> element to a value (e.g. "7m") that does not appear in the default pick-list of the web editor
2. Edit the same destination path in the web UI - Admin -> Configure Notifications -> Configure Destination Paths. Check the value of "Initial Delay" in the interface.
Expected value: 7m
Actual value: 0s
