When adding/modifying nodes on a requisition, the list of categories is built based on the existing categories on the database. A similar thing happens with services.

To enhance the user experience, if a user type the name of a new category (or a service) and save the node, add that new category (or service) as the list of available categories/services (in memory), in case the user wants to use it on other nodes before synchronizing the requisition.

Of course that category/service will be available after the requisition is synchronized, but while the requisition is being built, it is nice to avoid typing the name of the category on each node.
