Description
Done Criteria:
- Go Back to the Basic GUI, and now you may need to add a temporary "Continue" Button, to go to the Alarms list.
- Separate the ALEC panel into a left hand for the list (this) and a right hand for the story details (
ALEC-114). - Incorporate the List of Situations, just like in the old product.
