      Description

      The "relative (short)" date format introduced in HELM-118 is never defined, which breaks Grafana's internal date picker if a custom range is used in combination with the Alarm Table panel.

      As soon as a specific date has been chosen (as opposed to a pre-defined quick range), Grafana will fail to open the time range selector again, with the following output in console:

      TypeError: "Gt(...).locale(...) is undefined"
      from moment.js:3383
      fromNow moment.js:3390
      m sort_by_keys.ts:6
      onRefresh SaveDashboardAsModalCtrl.ts:65
      openDropdown SaveDashboardAsModalCtrl.ts:104
      fn vendor.8ec106c095469ac98ef1.js line 134 > Function:4
      i4Angulardispatch2jQuery angular.js:14700

      Grafana's internal dashboard refresh also breaks, and in order to refresh the data or choose a different date/time range, a browser reload is required. The time range must be set to a relative one from the "Quick range" selector either through manipulating the request parameters, or before the Alarm Table finishes loading, or the problem occurs again.
