    Description

      The Scope functionality in OpenNMS core provides settings used by detectors.

      Population of the scopes is done from the database.

      The following needs to be done:

      • Move the functionality into Horizon Core
      • Load it into Karaf
      • Wire it into provisioning
      • Make sure it is reaching the detectors running on the Minions
