Description
When you install Horizon Stream the "admin" user can create a user account and it will create a unique link. The link is sent to the user who can use it to initialize his account with a private secure password.
Acceptance:
- An administrator can create a user account with a login name and a mail address
- We get a unique link we can send manually or as a stretch goal via a mail service
- The user can use the link and can set his password and can use the web application
- The user can log in with his password to the web application
Out of scope:
- No roles for now, we just have one
- No password change or reset workflow
- Users can't create other users
