Erroneous INFO-level log messages during every forced node rescan

      Description

While debugging an unrelated problem with Provisiond, I noticed that all my properly provisioned nodes had a misleading INFO level log message:

      2018-09-25 20:48:30,092 INFO [nodeScanExecutor-8] o.o.n.p.s.Provisioner: createForceRescanScan called with nodeId: 40
      2018-09-25 20:48:30,092 INFO [scanExecutor-6] o.o.n.p.s.ForceRescanScan: Attempting to re-scan node with Id 40
2018-09-25 20:48:30,096 INFO [scanExecutor-6] o.o.n.p.s.ForceRescanScan: The node with ID OP does not have a primary interface

The "node with ID OP" was hardcoded, even though the node id is available, and the node has a single IP interface, which is indeed the primary interface.

While INFO messages are hidden by default, and as such not a big deal, it's a red herring for everyone trying to debug problems with provisioning certain nodes.
