      Description

      Service Level Monitoring incorrectly limits the maximum outage window to a single service when calculating 24hr availability per node.

      This means that nodes where two or more services are offline will have a minimum of 50% availability, increasing for every included service that that goes offline.

      In this screenshot, the first node has a single service that is offline, which is correctly calculated. The three remaining nodes are completely offline, and all included services have been offline for at least 24 hours continously:
