      Description

in scanning one of my switches, data is only partially gathered - the snmp links are listed but the systemOid is not stored in the node record and thus no collection can occur. many exceptions like this:

      o.o.n.s.SnmpTableResult: Failed to handle completed SNMP table row 49154: Dot1dBasePortRow@691ab315[columncount=2,results={.1.3.6.1.2.1.18.1.4.1.1=SnmpResult@d7e0bf8[base=.1.3.6.1.2.1.17.1.4.1.1, instance=49154, value=49154]}]
      java.lang.NullPointerException: null
      at org.opennms.netmgt.enlinkd.snmp.Dot1dBasePortTableTracker$Dot1dBasePortRow.getBaseBridgePortIfindex(Dot1dBasePortTableTracker.java:78) ~[org.opennms.features.enlinkd.adapters.collectors.bridge-24.0.0.jar:?]

(see comments for more of the stack trace)

manually adding the sysoid to the node record does not help.

I can see all of the snmp data being collected successfully via wireshark, no errors there.

switch in question is tp-link T1600G-28TS v1, its sysobjectid is 1.3.6.1.4.1.11863.5.28
