Add a command to show configuration diffs

When upgrading OpenNMS it is helpful for an administrator to see which configuration files where changed from a pristine install so he can better prepare an upgrade. In this article we have described a way to show these files. Enhance the container image which allows and administrator easily to show these changed configuration commands with a simple one off command in a running or not running container.
