Description
The KSC Reports search box on the home page is case-sensitive. Most users would expect searches to be case-insensitive, like the Resource Graphs - widget two lines above.
To reproduce:
Create KSC report named FOO and save it
Type "foo" into the search box, hit enter, and notice no hits
Type "FOO" into the search box, hit enter, and see the hit
This is the same wrong behaviour as in NMS-4922 which was fixed in 2011
The problem esists at least since Meridian 2018.4.1, to my memory it occured already some versions earlier
