    Description

      It appears that the file /etc/init.d/opennms checks the location of OpenJDK and validates using the file lib/tools.jar

      Apparently this file is no longer part of the JDK from Java9 onwards.

      https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd64/openjdk-8-jdk-headless/filelist

      https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd64/openjdk-11-jdk-headless/filelist

      Can the file be updated to check for an alternative file, either a library file or the main bin/java ?

      {{            - if [ -d "$dir" -a -f "$dir/lib/tools.jar" ]; then}}

      {{+            if [ -d "$dir" -a -f "$dir/bin/java" ]; then}}
