Add a "Delete" button on the Node page of the Requisition UI

With non-requisitioned nodes, the deletion workflow in the UI (from the node page) is a simple Admin -> Delete Node -> Confirm

With requisitioned nodes, one would expect to be able to click (from the node page) Edit In Requisition -> Delete Node, however, there is no mechanism to delete a node from the Node view in the Edit Requisition UI.  This leads to a far more awkward Edit In Requisition -> Copy ForeignID -> Click "Back" -> Search for ForeignID -> Click Delete Icon workflow.

Maybe something like the attached image on the opennms/admin/ng-requisitions/index.jsp#/requisitions/Name/nodes/ForeignID page?
