Vertical/Horizontal Layout Choice Not Persisting

When you go to Admin -> Manage Provisioning Requisitions and edit a node in a requisition, you are presented the "Horizontal Layout" by default but you can switch it to the "Vertical Layout". The next time you try to edit a node, your choice is remembered.

However, if you click on "Edit Node in Requisition" from the Node page, you are always presented with the Horizontal Layout, no matter your prior choice.
