Geo-Map: Nodes, Alrarm Grid and Leaflet map need to listen to the change of the Monitored Nodes

When a user finishes the filtering for one of the grids(alarms or nodes) and confirms those are the nodes we are want to check on the screen, the other grid should update correspondingly. Since we are still exploring to figure out the final design of the page, the code doesn't need to be perfect(no major problem). Unit test will be added later after we solidated the design(both front end and backend).
