    Description

      Upgrade Karaf in order to support JDK 17.

      In NMS-13565 we attempted to upgrade to Karaf v4.3.3, but ran into this issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-6461

      and now need to wait for v4.3.4 to be released with the patch.
