Description

For Health Check on Twin, we can add twin topic to KafkaHealthCheck. This helps to check if we can make connection to kafka server provided on org.opennms.core.ipc.twin.kafka.cfg

JmsConnectionHealthCheck / GrpcHealthCheck already covers broker connectivity irrespective of topics being used.
