Description
Brought up during doc planning session (20/10/21). Currently docs (https://docs.opennms.com/horizon/28.1.1/operation/admin/ssl/ssl.html?q=jetty) link to the Discourse article (https://opennms.discourse.group/t/how-to-setup-ssl-with-jetty/1084).
Instead of linking to the Discourse article, copy the content to the online docs and link to that.
Suggest putting "Set up SSL with Jetty" topic in Reference section.
