An user is able to define a housekeeping interval. Furthermore the housekeeping process will assure, that old, not longer exporting devices will be dropped in the in-memory data structures.

Description

Flow exporting devices can appear and also go away. Idea is to also define a housekeeping process that will remove old unused entries in the in-memory aggregation data structures.
