Optionally include a table of event parameters on the event detail page

Sometimes descriptions don't include all the parameter values that might be interesting in an event. Furthermore, even when values are present, it's occasionally useful to know the parameter names as well as the values. I'd like to be able to display all event parameters in a table in the event detail page, with the ability to control its inclusion by membership in a security role.
