Description
In RPM-land, the 29.0.1 Minion package installs with RUNAS=opennms, but the 29.0.1 opennms-minion package does not create an 'opennms' user; packaged files are already owned by 'minion' and the package provides a 'minion' user. RUNAS should be set to 'minion'.
This breaks fresh 29.0.1 minion installs.
