Greater flexibility in threshold event parameters

      Description

As per case #1499 (https://mynms.opennms.com/Ticket/Display.html?id=1499) , we would like greater flexibility in the handover between thresholds and the events subsequently issued. At present it is only possible to have a single attribute for the label value, and this limits the amount of context which can be provided to operations teams.

Here is a notification definition we are using:

<text-message>HDS Drive %parm[label]% has an operating rate of %parm[value]% when threshold is %parm[threshold]%</text-message>

It would be very useful to be able to pull in other detail about that Drive other than it's arbitrary label ID.

      e.g. rather than the rigid "<threshold ... ds-label="hdsDriveDesc" ....> we love to be able to define ds-label="${hdsDriveDesc} - RAID Group ${hdsDriveRGNum} - rack ${hdsDriveRackNum}" ...>
