The user wants to access some useful information from the asset records of the node associated with the alarm that triggers the ticket creation, in order to pass that information to the target system.
The only way to do that without changing the Ticketer API, is by adding some additional fields to the Ticket class for example:
- The Alarm ID
- The Node ID (if exists)
- The IP Address (if exists)
This change can be easily managed by adding the proper changes into DefaultTicketerServiceLayer.
