      Description

Our fairly slow smoke testing machine is getting timeout exceptions when executing smoke tests. The default Selenium timeout is 30 seconds but it is taking longer than this to launch Firefox and successfully evaluate the first page of the OpenNMS UI (which is where the timeout is evaluated).

I'm going to increase the timeout to 60 seconds to avoid this probem.
