      Description

The ResourceDao was refactored to no longer expose the 'rrdDirectory' attribute (typically set the rrd.base.dir system property), since this doesn't apply to alternative time series strategies like Newts.

Before rendering graphs, the UI sends 'uei.opennms.org/internal/promoteQueueData' events with the paths to the RRD files, so that any queued data gets written before the graphs are rendered. However these paths are now relative, and not absolute, so the files handled by the QueuingRrdStrategy do not get promoted as expected.
