      Description

This is fixed in foundation (24fdb89be56039531b0383f8df7933b563c8db45) but somehow not in develop.

      From customer ticket https://mynms.opennms.com/Ticket/Display.html?id=4051:

      Hi Folks,

there seems to be a little bug in the log4j2.xml: there are 2 entries for
syslogd, but there is no entry for statsd. Found it because statsd.log contains
      a lot of DEBUG messages.
I added a line for statsd with WARN, restartet opennms (just to be sure), and
there were no more DEBUG - messages. Changed statsd to DEBUG -> there are
      DEBUG-Messages, so obviously it works.

So this is just a bug to be corrected for the next version, not a problem for
      us.

      Cheers
      Michael
