Duplicate Drools engines can be registered during Spring context refresh()

      Description

      During some unit test cleanup, I found a case where duplicate Drools engines are registered if the Spring context is refreshed. This doesn't usually happen at runtime so it's probably not causing any problems in production.

      I'll fix it by changing the code so that it stores the engines in a map keyed by the engine name so that no duplicates are possible.
