Description

The enhanced linkd has several issues:
no bridge link data due to the changes done on enhanced linkd.
Slow load, in big env it takes a long time to be loaded see NMS-7486
Tooltip is broken for cdp link see ~~HZN-630~~.

All the code must be considered and rewritten.
