BSM: availability over time

    Description

      The BSM "nodes" doesn't provide any availability data. It is really easy to model business services and get alarmed if something is going wrong.
      But after some time you surely want to know: How is my availability for this service? The last week? Last year? etc.

      In my opinion there is a urgent need for this enhancement because then the BSM could take full effect.

      What do we need exactly?
      I'm not sure. Feel free to add some ideas.

      • Something like the RTC page. Or the possibility to add BSM nodes into it
      • definitely a report like the existing availability reports
      • maybe an API to throw this values into Grafana or service providers like statuspage.io
