RTC subscription events should not be persisted to DB

The event configuration XML for the RTC subscribe and unsubscribe events has logmsg.dest set to logonly, which hides the events from the webapp but persists them to the relational DB. Since these events tend to be numerous and have no historical value, we should change logmsg.dest to donotpersist.
