Downtime model documentation is deprecated

Description

The docs say that the downtime model would delete a service.

But Pollerd just marks it "Forced Unmanaged".

So delete=true/false is used for force unmanaged or not?

I've got this information: https://issues.opennms.org/browse/NMS-9257 which define the current state. So only the documentation is wrong. I will create a PR.
