wrong statement in event description for serviceDeleted

Description

The event description for serviceDeleted says that service will be deleted after 7 days by downTimeModel configuration.

The current default config is 5 days, but the description should be more generic to fit in all configurations.

Somebody resolved this issue with 22.0.0 as target. PR 1989 was closed unmerged and reopened as PR 2000. The merge target was changed to foundation-2018. I've changed the Fix version from 22.0.0 to 22.0.1 and Meridian 2018.1.0 with merging PR 2000.
