MIB2 SNMP Interface counters missing from Windows data collection

Description

In https://opennms.atlassian.net/browse/NMS-10139#icft=NMS-10139, 64-bit interface counters were made default but Windows Servers do not support them.

Specifically, the 64-bit ifHCInOctets and ifHCOutOctets counters are not available from Windows hosts although collection is attempted owing to Windows hosts matching the 'Enterprise' group OID in mib2.xml.

I have tested manually adding the mib2-interfaces group into microsoft.xml for datacollection which re-enables collection of the 32-bit MIB2 counters.
