Minions can't be deleted from minion menu

Description

I've changed Minion IDs and noticed, that there is no option to remove a Minion from administration page.

 

Since there is a REST endpoint to delete Minions, we should have a button in this menu to delete a minion.

What about updating the Minions requisition ? If the Minion is deleted, it doesn't make sense to get data from it, and/or continue monitoring the deleted Minion through JMX. The good news is that this can be done through ReST
