Allow Applications to be added as an edge to a Business Service

Description

Allow Application to be added as an Edge to a BS. This should work just as IP services can be added to a BS as an edge where by the IPSVC is simply a container for the alarms generated for it by the poller. This would just be an aggregate of IPSVC and makes sense with the rest of the system. (Note, I would remove the Application Status wheel because we don't track the status of an Application. More appropriate to configure BSM for status').

I tried this branch and found a couple of issues:

Found two problems:

  1. We need an Application Icon.

  2. Vaadin throws an exception in the BSM editor when trying to add more than one Application Edge to a Business Service.

We could also use nodes as a container in the same way.  I think this issue requires creating new "Edge" types in BSM.
