Add SQL views to simplify SQL based reporting

Description

We have a large set of SQL based reporting capabilities:

  • Trend Line Reporting

  • Charts

  • JasperReports

  • Grafana using the PostgreSQL

To reduce complexity of existing solutions it would be helpful to have SQL views which solve certain use cases:

  • Denormalise data for node labels, categories and locations

  • Calculate outage time, counts and availability
