Make sure toString methods are implemented in a consistent way

Description

Based on the conversation in PR: https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/pull/2230
To be consistent we want toString() implementations to use Google Guava's ToStringHelper
Ideally we enforce this with a Checkstyle check

we decided in the scrum call today that we won't enforce the toString() style but every developer should keep an eye on it...
