Karaf shell history thrown out with bathwater on upgrade

Description

The maintainer scripts currently bulldoze everything in OPENNMS_HOME/data except for the tmp subdirectory. This is necessary, but it should preserve data/history.txt, which holds the system's Karaf shell history.

Environment

Any system upgraded via RPM or Debian packages
