Provide new GraphProvider implementation for the ApplicationTopologyProvider

Description

For the new GraphService it is required to migrate all existing ApplicationTopologyProviders to the new service.

In a first step an ApplicationGraphProvider should be implemented converting the application model into a graph.

The existing ApplicationTopologyProvider can be used as a guide line.
Also already existing GraphServices can be used as a guide line.
