Indicators for nodes with flow data

Description

Show an indicator on:

  • Resource Graph Page w/ Resource List

    • Should appear next to corresponding SNMP interfaces

  • Node details page

    • Should appear in column on IP Interface and SNMP Interface tables

  • Node list page

    • Add toggle button similar to what we do fs/fid and location

We need to ensure that these additional queries are fast and do not add a noticeable delay to loading these pages for system with many nodes, interfaces and resources.
