Wrong Wording for Empty Requisition

Description

When you create a new requisition and edit it, for example this one called "Class":

/opennms/admin/ng-requisitions/index.jsp#/requisitions/Class

The text reads:

There are no nodes on the Class

It should be something like:

There are no nodes configured for the Class requisition
