Short outages are not visible in Availability-Bar

Description

The problem might rely on the time resolution used by the backend that renders those bars and the duration of the outages.

We have "downtime" about 10 seconds approximately. 10 seconds doesn't provide at least one pixel so the outage is "silently" ignored. It should not ignored.

Are there any other comments or suggestions as to how I could reproduce the problem? Otherwise I would close the issue with "Can't reproduce"...

In that case, I'll defer any other comment to the customer. any other comment?

I'm using foundation-2018.

Are you using Meridian 2018 or latest state of the foundation-2018 branch? That's the version the customer is using.

I also tried it with a polling interval of 10s and it seems to work. This doesn't surprise me, because the outage in the DB looks the same as the others that were created with a higher polling interval, or the ones I created via SQL. The TimelineRestService just queries for outages in a given timeframe and draw them. Does the polling interval makes any difference?
