Add ability to update definitions when SNMP profile changes

Description

Currently definitions once saved have no profile info linked.  If users update  SNMP profile with new config, they need to explicitly delete the IP Addresses from definitions through karaf shell.  

If definitions have profile label, whenever SNMP scan fails and profile is not matching with the current definition we should fit SNMP profiles again.
