Associate exporter node using Observation Domain Id

Description

In some scenarios flow exporting routers cannot be correctly associated to OpenNMS nodes due to network address translation. Idea is to use an adapter parameter to specify a metadata key. If a node has this metadata value set to the Observation Domain Id it should be associated to data.
