The Karaf poller:test command is not location aware

Description

The poller:test command is designed to verify the content of poller-configuration.xml for a given monitored service, whereas the poller:poll command will execute a given monitor on-demand.

The poller:poll does have location support, but unfortunately, that is not the case of poller:test. I believe it worth fixing this useful command to make it location-aware.

It would be amazing if we can combine both; I believe it worth the effort if you guys want to go that route.

On a similar topic, I think having both poller:poll and poller:test is confusing - would be nice to see if we could merge these together somehow.
