Nephron: Use discarding accumulation

Description

The flow summaries calculated by nephron are aggregated again by elastic search. Therefore it would be possible to use a short lateProcessingDelay and use a discarding accumulation. In that case late arrivals would just yield additional flow summary documents that are aggregated by elastic.
